Gentle Yoga for Every Body
I teach a gentle form of Hatha Yoga that is suitable for people of all ages and body types. It is great for those who are new to yoga, and for those who wish to have a gentle practice. The program starts with learning the basics of yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation; and progresses at a gentle pace. You will learn how to connect body and mind as well as becoming more self-aware, relaxed, and strong.
